1. Customize
• We can supply the products with your logo as the confirmed requirements.
• As for the buckle logo, please send us your artwork or any other requirements, and we will sign the non-disclosure agreement for your patent.
• We have an experienced design team to provide solution for you.
• Packing, delivery and payment could be negotiated as well.
2. Samples
• Existing samples could be sent about 5-7days after sample charge via DHL, UPS, Fedex and etc.
• New samples will cost 7-14 working days according to your design, material, and other requirements.
3. Payment
• For stocks, full payment before shipment.
• For custom, 30% deposit in advance and balance should be paid before shipment.
4. Delivery
• Stock order about 4-6 working days to shipping.
• Bulk order about 35 days, all will depend on the order.
5. Business process
• 1) Requirements. Please provide details of the products so we can quote for you.
• 2) Price. If the negotiated quotation is acceptable, we will make PP sample for your approval.
• 3) Sample. If the sample approved and required bulk production, we will provide Proforma Invoice as an order /confirm/iation, and then deposit payment will be required .
• 4) Quality. During the whole production process, we will arrange QC to follow up the producing, packing, loading details to make sure the quality.
• 5) After service. Please contact us if you have any problems after receiving goods, and we will fix it for you at our first priority.
